QuickBooks Desktop Conversions
If you’ve decided you’re ready to move your QuickBooks Desktop file into the cloud so you and your employees can take advantage of anywhere-access and third-party integrations, we’d love to help you.
We will walk you through the different subscription levels of QBO and describe the differences between data in Desktop vs Online so you can make an informed choice on what works best for you. If QBO is a good fit, we’ll perform the conversion and verify successful ledger, customer, and vendor balances.
We’ll then help you set up bank rules, recurring transactions, and customized reports, and provide a walk through of the major QBO features.
Our QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online packages are offered as a flat fee.

Traditional Business Plan
This proposal includes all the information investors need to make an informed decision about your business, including pro-forma financials, market analysis, legal structure, and more. Great for lenders and serious investors.
Company Formation and Dissolution Services
We can help you with the appropriate filings needed with state agencies to form a new company, or dissolve an old one.
Formation services include helping you determine the jurisdiction and type of formation best for your business, the payment of filing fees, name search, registering with the state(s), and obtaining a federal EIN.
Dissolution services include filing dissolution forms with the state(s) your company is incorporated and registered, and filing a dissolution notice with the IRS. Please note this service does not include final filing of company income tax returns.
