Accounting System Setup
If you need someone to set up your accounting system, we’d love to help.
Save yourself from costly mistakes caused by misconfigured software, whether you’re working in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, Freshbooks, Zoho, or an industry specific system like Clio, Buildium, Cornerstone, Yardi, or AppFolio.
We can review mappings, customize your Chart of Accounts, refine your system for income tax filing, add bank connections and bank rules for easy transaction sorting, and provide a 1 hour orientation call for your users.
With over 20 years of experience with accounting system configurations, we have the skills you need to get things up and running with the minimum amount of fuss.

Training Classes and Sessions
We provide customized training on topics of your choosing, available on-site, or in-person. This is a great option if you or your team needs an accounting software refresher, you’re new to your accounting system, or you’d like to have some job or industry specific training that’s based off YOUR company data. Before the class or session, we’ll sit with you to understand your business, take a look at your systems, processes, and data, and work with you to understand your unique workflow and session needs. If you have processes already in place, great! We’ll incorporate these into your training. Or, we can help you design processes using best practice for your industry.
For virtual training sessions, we charge $150/hour of training. To ensure good quality of video and audio, we limit these sessions to 10 participants.
For in-person training sessions at your place of business, we charge $250/hour of training. If you are outside of the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, we’ll also bill you for travel expenses. We’ll provide the content, but you will be responsible for obtaining the appropriate audio/visual equipment, as well as training space.
We can also assist with arranging “lease a lab/rent a space” options for larger training sessions.
User Manuals/Employee Training Documentation
We also offer company – customized PDF user manuals and instruction booklets – perfect for employee on boarding or job-specific training needs. Prices vary a bit depending upon complexity and content, but generally run around $150 for booklets under 25 pages. We use your logos, your data and company screen illustrations, and your approved process flows.
