Box-Business Track
If you’d like a fully out-of-the-box, proven business model with experts to help you every step of the way – including marketing – you might be interested in our Box Business track. With this option, we help you through every step of setting up your own business – registering your business with your state, website or social media design, coding transactions, preparing and sending financial statements to your first client. It’s all included. Think of this as a full-service internship and in-depth management training program with a professional accounting firm.
One-Time Fee: $10,000.00 (can be paid in installments)
Monthly Royalties: 2% of Gross Billings on any client we refer to you for the first 12 months. 0% on clients you find yourself.
Training/Coaching: Included at no additional fee for 6 months. Afterward, $500/month if needed.
Templates and Forms: We will design your website, logo, business templates and checklists, service offerings, pricing strategy, marketing strategy, calendar, and coach you through every single step of getting up and running.
Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program gives you an all-access pass to an accounting professional with a proven record of providing stellar client support and service. With this option, you’ll meet once weekly and cover whatever topics are on your mind – software training, accounting skills coaching, business advice, client financial statement review…if you ask it, we’ll answer.
Monthly Fee: $500, cancel anytime
Weekly Coaching Sessions: 1 hour sessions delivered via Microsoft Teams
Agenda: You supply the agenda, and we help with whatever is on your mind. Bring client questions, financial statements, accounting issues, general business concerns, or anything else and our client manager will walk through them with you on-screen, providing fully customized support.
Statement Review
If you’ve landed your first client, and you’d like someone to look over the deliverables and financial statements before you publish them and highlight any areas of concern, this is the option for you. You’ll provide us a PDF or Excel file of the client deliverables, we will review, and offer suggestions for improvements or upsell opportunities.
Per Packet: $150.00 per review, up to 5 reports per document.

Just want a networking contact to float ideas by, or maybe you aren’t sure how to respond to a client request or problem? Ask us via email! If we’ve encountered a similar situation, we’ll let you know how we resolved, and direct you to additional resources if needed. If we haven’t, we’ll find you a referral who should be able to help you.
